Last of 2012

It's time to bid goodbye to 2012 but honestly, I don't feel a thing haha. Just another year with the same things going on. I can't say I did enjoyed 2012 nor did I disliked it so much, so just a pretty neutral feeling towards it. Nevertheless, 2012 did marked a new chapter of my life. 2012 was about A level results, working at Chartis, E going to army, Arts Camp, Taiwan trip, new school, new environment, new friends. I think that's about it? Can't even find anything very exciting in there haha.

But I still wanna thank the people who are in my life right now. As we move on with our life, some people go, some stay and some come. So, thank you to those who stay and/or are in my life right now, thank you for caring and letting me know that I'm loved :) I'm not looking forward to 2013 due to many reasons but nonetheless, I still hope for a better 2013. Here's to better results, joy and (more) freedom in 2013!

Having a pretty bad week so far. Can only hope that things will get better. Anyway spent my 2nd Christmas with E <3 I honestly don't know how or what I will be without this boy :')

Went to watch CZ12 and it's really not too bad! But I mean, typical Jackie Chan's movie hahahaha. But I really do admire him for all the daring stunts he risked his life for. 

Dinner @ Canele thereafter! :) Hehe loving the macarons there!

Actual Christmas was badddd. Bad mood the whole day and was falling sick argh. But got better after a good nap and opened the presents from the sisterssss.

Really loving all my Christmas Presents this year <3 almost everything on my wishlist!! Thanks Sisters!!

Results was mehhhh lousy I can't even describe how disappointed I was actually. I know I know I'm not smart so I gotta put in more effort next sem! I.WILL.CONQUER. Honours track seem far away and impossible now (I think I'm only willing to take honours if my CAP hit 4.0) but I shall continue to see where my results will take me. I'm honestly not looking forward to next sem cause it's gonna be- tough. Plus, piano exam is coming right up and I'm panicking like shit. I can't seem to do well in anything :'(

Received my yearly christmas card from Huiyan!! I honestly do miss her, all the fun times we had in crescent like throughout the 4 years :'( Hope she's doing well, future-teacher-to-be! :) 

Heading to Batam tomorrow and I'm not even excited. Ok maybe just alittle- for the food (which includes A&W!!!) hahahaha forever looking forward to food only #pigmax. On a side note, I'm super jealous of E who's in Bangkok now :( I wanna go shopping!!! Next year? :)

Met up with my girls for Christmas Gift Exchange. Love this festive season, hehe so joyful. Tis the season to be jolly, falala lalala~ December is honestly such a happy month but sigh why am I worrying over my results and stupid piano (k I know I'm forever talking about the same thing) Actually was secretly hoping that the world ended on 21/12/12 then I don't have to care about the stupidest thing that is happening in my life. We are all actually born to suffer man I swear. Anyway yup pictures!

my exchanged gift with huiping (drew lots) and I'm so lucky to have gotten this! It was actually on my Xmas wishlist hahaha! Though it's not entirely what I wanted, but I guess still better than nothing :)

More than words

Here to liven up this space or maybe I just got too bored that's why I'm updating. My short 1-month+ holiday has been pretty ok I guess. I just wish I can do more things- things that are meaningful, more interesting or something that I want. Spending my holiday worrying about my results and piano exam isn't exactly my kind of ideal holiday. Some pictures before this post gets too boring.

Met up with the gang for dinner on Monday. Ah I honestly miss crescent and all the fun days. 

Finally got to try this yesterday!!! The waiting time is horribly long but omg it tastes so good I love it :) Honestly worth it cause it cost only $2!

My favourite kind of comfort food. Koko Krunch Duo (my fave cereal!) with milk :) 

And yes it's raining heavily now. How I wish I've got a book to read or something. But heck, I shall watch my favourite show currently: The Mentalist! (sorry I'm slow hahaha)

All I ever wanted

My stomach feels weird the entire day. I don't know what's wrong with me :( Must be something I ate argh. Ok anyway, spent my last 3 days awesomely (as expected and mentioned earlier) Really love the month of December <3 Such a happy month (ok I really hope I still can say December is a happy month after I receive my results ahem) though it's a month of spending as well....but oh well.

Friday was spent with WCP. Jessica pangseh last minute and so there were only 5 of us left! Really missing Olivia already!! :( Hope she comes back to visit soon. Ok yes back to this, it was supposed to be surprised belated birthday celebration for the ping. Haha we were all too busy during November to meet up so yup we planned this for her and omg the ping is like ultimate blur hahahaha. I thought we were pretty obvious throughout (like trying to hide the cake and the fact that we met up earlier etc) but still, she got surprised! So, mission successful ^^

Pop by Grandma's house on Saturday to celebrate her birthday in advance! :) She cooked our ever-favourite Mee Hoon Kueh <333333 omg I swear I will never get sick of it and I used to eat it so many times when I always stay over at her house when I was young! Birthday cake from Cedele, so yummy as well hahahaha. Then went shopping with the sisters and ended up buying nothing :( But still, great day spent! :)

Spotted this at Bugis Street!!!! I was like "omg that's my childhood biscuit!" yes totally love this when I was young too!Anyone remember this as well? :) This was pretty famous in my childhood era I supposed because one of the shopkeeper (around my age) asked me where I got this from after she saw me eating!Paid $1.20 for this, probably 2 times (or more) the price or more as compared to last time but yums, so worth it to try it again after so long! 

Tried "I love Taimei" bubbletea as well since I never got to try it but erm ok, it was nothing fantastic plus the wait was like horribly long. Koi is still my ultimate favourite ^^ But the fried stuff do look super tasty! Shall try it next time when I'm near Bugis area :) Wanted to try the famous Dan Zai at Bugis but the queue was so long :'( regret. Gonna try it as well next time!!!!

Everybody's changing

So much thoughts in my mind right now. Everyone is going through a different phase of life and I can feel that everyone is changing. Ah so hard to describe but there are people doing things that I never thought they will do a few years back. I guess, everything is possible isn't it? While, I myself, is still stucked here, not moving anywhere. It's so hard to be part of something like that and anyway, I know nobody will ever include me with the situation I am in. Trust me, it sucks to be me. And I'm tired of being me. So many things I'm dying to try out while I'm still young but I guess I gotta let it all go and lead a mundane teenage life. Ok I know: I'm pathetic.

By the way, I'm tired of being someone to be included as and when people wish to. I deserve some sort of dignity and respect don't I? I just wish I can do something for myself without hurting anyone.

The stars are burning out

Finally back with a mini update. Spent the last few days just slacking and enjoying this I-have-nothing-to-do feeling. It's nice actually though it gets boring after awhile. But actually who am I kidding when I say I have nothing to do :( I've this stressful thing called piano grade 8 exam coming up and I think I am so fucked up cause I still keep making mistakes boooo. Ok I blame my lousy fingers and my dying interest for piano.

Anyway headed out on Tuesday with the family to accompany my grandma :D Went her house for lunch and yumssss, miss her home cooked food :) Brought her to Gardens by the Bay and I swear it's the most boring place ever. Haha sorry I just don't have interest in all the plants and flowers though I have to admit some flowers are really so pretty :)

I look soooo tired and yes I was really tired. Intense piano session before that haha. And my body clock switched to: Waking up before 1030 will make me super super tired HAHA. 

The best thing was trying out this ice cream!!! It was white rose flavour, so yums ^^ It's uniquely created as seen on the tub so you can't find this at Udders outlets (I think) Everyone should go try this flavour!! They have a few other flavours as well. 

Took many other pictures with my dad's new Samsung Note 2 (which will be my sister's soon because they're gonna exchange phone). The screen is soooo mega big, no privacy ahem but the pictures taken with Note 2 is really pretty :) Colours are so vibrant and nice! Can't show you guys cause I didn't transfer the pictures over. 

Spotted this picture at my grandma's house!! okok I know I look like a boy but who cares,  I think it's pretty cute ok ^^ My mum commented that I don't even look like my young self, REALLY?! The girl beside me is my third sis. You guys can do a compare and contrast with the first picture above hahaha.

Exciting weekend ahead! Meeting WCP tomorrow, then visiting my grandma on Saturday (her birthday is coming) then shopping after that with the sister and then Sunday with my favourite boy :) Ah I can't wait ^^

Shine bright like a diamond

Liberation Day 2!!!! Sorry, just too excited because honestly, haven't felt so carefree in a long while :) Today was well spent with the boy (as usual) though my mood got ruined slightly in the middle but oh wells. My ruined mood caused me to break my no-bubble-tea record :'( there, it's gone now. I haven't been drinking bubble tea for 2 months! HAHAHA k don't laugh at me, I know it's no big deal for a lot of people out there but goodness, I HEART BUBBLE TEA WITH PEARLS. Like.so.much. But well cause I got suan-ed too much by bitchy Jian an in school so I told myself to cut down and I gained so much weight ever since Taiwan trip :( ok but I'm on the road to losing weight!!! (Y)

Went to explore the new The Star Vista mall at Buona Vista (am I slow or what?) and I actually kinda like it! Yes, there's no air con at the walking area except in the shops/toilets but I find the environment still bearable, plus there's really a lot of new food stalls to try out!!! And well, it's a good break from the ever-crowded-crazily-packed town. I hate hate hate crowded places so I really like this new mall. Much quieter and nice :)

E says his arms looks big here he like HAHAHA STUPID. 

Yay I really like to walk around candy empire! There's sooo much tasty food for me to drool at heh. But I'm proud that I restricted myself and didn't buy any junk home!

If you followed me on instagram you would have seen this! SOFRIES. If you don't know, SOFRIES is the sister's store of SOGURT.I like the fries even without the dips! That dip is satay peanut sauce anyway. But I think $4.90 for this portion is alittle....not worth it. But I do really love the taste of the fries! :)
